CANCELLATION POLICY

TranquilBeautyLab booking polices⭐️🧪: 🧪A deposit of $25 is required to book an appointment for ANY service. NO deposit NO Appointment ‼️ 🧪 As space and time is limited clients are accepted by appointment only. 🧪 In the event of cancelling/ rescheduling of any kind I require a minimum 24 hour notice. Failure to give enough notice will result in a 50% service fee and will need to be paid before booking your next appointment. 🧪 NO SHOWS WILL BE CHARGED FULL SERVICE COST!! And the fee will need to be paid before booking your next appointment!! Meaning If you fail to communicate/ contact me at any point about rescheduling you will have to pay the FULL balance of the service before you book another appointment. Again I understand things happen but please understand communication is key in these situations so that neither one of our times will be wasted. 🧪I kindly ask that you arrive on time to your appointment. In the case you arrive early please wait in your car as space is limited. 🧪 In the case you are running late to an appointment please contact me ASAP‼️I understand things happen but in order for me to accommodate to you and my other clients communication will be key ! Note that there is a 10 minute grace period; after the grace period is up a $15 late fee will apply. If you fail to show up after 20 minutes your appointment will be cancelled. 🧪 Please arrive to your appointment alone as space is limited. If your unable to come alone and have to bring your child or anyone else for example please contact me prior to your appointment. 🧪 Failure to make payment to any of these charges will result in loss of future booking until the balance is paid in full.‼️
